The Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators (“CALPA”) is a non-profit organization comprised of law firm recruitment and professional development employer members. The organization was founded and continues to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information to keep its members at the forefront of the legal industry. CALPA hosts regular meetings with expert presenters in the industry, panelists and roundtables to discuss related law student and lateral recruitment, talent management and career development best practices and market trends.
While focusing on PD, this panel will be useful to all CALPA members and includes questions on mentor programs, summer & first-year training, and synergies between recruiting & PD.
